25 June 2017: I’m fiddling around and getting this ready for a new project separate from the Christian Humanist.  Stay tuned!

28 May 2017: After more than two years (!) of leaving this page unedited, I’m ready to launch it again and note that on the Christian Humanist, our read-along through Kant’s Critique of Pure Reason is available here.

13 January 2015: Keep watching that Christian Humanist Profiles feed.  The crew keeps getting big names, and interviews with John Milbank and Walter Brueggemann are coming soon!

22 August 2014: Things are moving along in a hurry at Christian Humanist Profiles.  Michial Farmer has interviewed philosopher Merold Westphal and literary critic Christina Bieber Lake, and I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing, among others, Christian writer Ed Cyzewski, theologian Nicholas Healy, and none other than Stanley Hauerwas.  Keep watching that feed–it’s going to get crazier before it calms down!

8 September 2013: I’m almost done rereading Walter Brueggemann’s Theology of the Old Testament, which I read for the first time back in the fall of 2000 as a seminary student.  I should be starting up a series of blog posts over at the Christian Humanist on this masterful book soon.

4 September 2013: Michial Farmer’s and my blog series on Hans-Georg Gadamer’s Truth and Method has wrapped up.  Feel free to go over to the Christian Humanist if you’re interested in Continental philosophy and literary studies.
